We are raising money for East Cheshire Hospice in memory of Stephen Robert Whittingham who passed away peacefully on Friday 21st February 2025. 

Stephen was a loving husband, father, son, grandad, brother, uncle and friend to many. 

In 2022, Stephen was diagnosed with Stage 4 Prostate Cancer. Over the last 3 years, Stephen has tirelessly worked on raising awareness of Prostate Cancer and encouraging men to get their PSA tests. When he was diagnosed, there were no symptoms and unfortunately the cancer had spread to his bones but Stephen wanted to prevent others from having the same late diagnosis as him and therefore spent every spare moment he had telling people to get checked. 

East Cheshire Hospice cared for Stephen in his final few days and therefore we would like to say thank you by raising money for them.
